Deltacon Global Inc. Secures Multi-year, Multi-location Security Services Agreement with WSS, a Foot Locker Subsidiary

Agreement encompasses distribution center protection, retail security, law enforcement staffing, and special event support across Texas

SUGAR LAND, TEXAS — December 31, 2021 — Deltacon Global Inc., doing business as Deltacon Security, today announced that it has signed a multiyear agreement to provide a broad range of security and protective services for WSS, a subsidiary of Foot Locker, Inc. Services commenced on November 19, 2021, supporting distribution and retail operations across major Texas metropolitan areas, including Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, El Paso, and Arlington.

The agreement represents a significant milestone for Deltacon, demonstrating its capacity to coordinate personnel, supervision, and specialized security services simultaneously across multiple cities and facilities.

Round-the-Clock Protection for a Central Distribution Hub

A central component of the agreement is security coverage at WSS’s distribution center at 15789 Aldine Westfield Road in Houston, Texas. The facility serves as a central distribution location supporting dozens of WSS locations throughout Texas, making dependable security essential to the movement of merchandise and continuity of operations.

Deltacon’s services at the distribution center include:

24-hour armed and unarmed security coverage, off-duty law enforcement officer coverage, 24 hours a day, vehicle patrol services, CCTV monitoring and access control, employee entry and exit monitoring, including screening and searches conducted under authorized site procedures, truck driver identification and delivery authorization verification, delivery vehicle inspections and searches, placement and verification of security lock tags and seals under established shipment procedures.

Together, these services support employee safety, inventory protection, controlled access, and accountability throughout the facility’s receiving and distribution activities.

Security Support Across Texas

The agreement also encompasses services at multiple WSS locations in Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Fort Worth, El Paso, Mission, Laredo, Weslaco, Pasadena, Grand Prairie, Arlington, and Carrollton.

Depending on each location’s operational needs and scheduled activities, services include armed and unarmed security, firewatch, alarm response, vehicle patrols, crowd management during new store grand openings, and executive protection for VIPs and celebrity guests attending special events.

This scope requires Deltacon to support different operating environments—from distribution facilities and established retail stores to high-attendance grand openings—while maintaining coordinated staffing, supervision, communication, and reporting.

Coordinating Security Officers and Off-Duty Law Enforcement

The agreement further demonstrates Deltacon’s ability to recruit, schedule, deploy, and coordinate off-duty Texas law enforcement officers, including sheriff’s deputies, state troopers, municipal police officers, and constables, subject to applicable agency approvals and outside-employment requirements.

Deltacon’s security officers work alongside and in cooperation with these law enforcement professionals, with responsibilities coordinated through site procedures and established communication channels. This approach supports clear escalation, timely incident response, and effective cooperation while respecting each professional’s role and authority.

For WSS, the arrangement brings multiple security functions under a coordinated service framework. For Deltacon, it demonstrates the operational depth required to manage concurrent assignments across a geographically dispersed client portfolio.
